Allen & York are excited to be working with a US based water treatment company as they look to recruit an ESG Reporting Manager to join their business and ensure they have robust systems in place to adapt to the rapidly changing sustainability regulatory landscape.
Your experience of having managed ESG data collection, of setting goals and KPI's, being involved in audits and working to global reporting standards will be required and you'll be adept with GRI, CSRD, SASB, TCFD and CPD.
You will be responsible for collating and analysing ESG data, to produce and submit annual ESG reports in line with the reporting standards listed above, you'll oversee the preparation and delivery of ESG disclosures to inform relevant stakeholders who are globally positioned. In addition, your communication skills will be required to create a compelling narrative around the work you're doing, what's been achieved and what future plans are.
In addition, you'll be responsible for keeping abreast of developments in the sector and of changing standards and you may represent the business at conferences and events. Your actions will directly influence the strategy of the business so is a vitally important role. Indeed, you will engage with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally, managing their expectations.
You will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree is a bonus, and you'll have and experience of leading projects and/or teams. In addition, you will possess strong Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
