Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading tech-enabled sustainability business in the construction sector, providing collaboration tools, e-learning, software and consulting services.
Our client has big growth plans for next 2-5 years and this hire is key to their success…. They are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and results-oriented VP of Sales to lead efforts to expand their award-winning virtual learning platform across Eastern Australia and New Zealand. Pre-dominantly new business focussed, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategy, identifying, prospecting and securing new partnerships with leading organisations, dealing with key decision makers (Directors of Sustainability, Supply Chain and Procurement Di-rectors) in the built environment and other key supporting sectors.
You'll have a proven track record in B2B new business sales, with a consultative, Value-Led Sales approach you will have a strong understanding of sustainability topics within the built environment, infrastructure or similar, with demonstrable experience of managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals in the region of 30-50 USD. An excellent communicator, you'll be a skilled negotiator with the ability to present complex situations in a clear and compelling manner and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
