We are looking to hire both trainee and experienced Recruitment and Search Consultants to work across Sustainability & ESG, Environment, Energy, Renewables, and Health & Safety, so we’re always interested in hearing from motivated and highly competitive individuals who want to join our growing Sustainability-led Recruitment Consultancy.

Our Recruitment Consultants help identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client and candidate relationships to become a specialist recruiter in our niche markets. In these competitive sectors, we provide solutions to deliver results that mean great rewards for our team.

The role is fast paced, providing a variety of work and challenges daily. You’ll be working as part of the Allen & York team (either in our Dorset HQ or remotely), be part of a global business and will benefit from the full support of our central services of Marketing, Branding & Admin support, Candidate Researchers, Lead Generation and Business Development. Established in 1993, we have the network, resourcing tools and recruitment database (of contacts and candidates) to deliver with purpose in the green economy.

Researchers

Permanent and Associate roles

We’re looking for candidate generators to work either in our Dorset office or remotely, on an attractive commission, for a global brand within the Environment, Energy, Sustainability & ESG, Health, Safety & Wellbeing recruitment sectors.

You’ll support candidate generation activities through use of internal and external tools (e.g. LinkedIn & job boards) to bring in new vacancies to search from internal recruitment teams.

You’ll support Executive Search activities, via headhunting candidates and researching company information for marketing purposes. Plus, you’ll introduce us to new companies by researching appropriate vacancies and contacts to chase.

Lead Generation Consultants
