Social Lead
£competitive, London/ Hybrid working
We're looking for a social specialist, with experience working within environmental consulting who can provide support on planning ESIA and SEA projects to join our client's growing team. As Social Lead, you'll be part of an established environmental and social team, leading tasks and supporting project managers on environmental and social issues across a wide range of very large infrastructure projects internationally and in the UK.
The Environmental and Social team are close-knit group with a range of experience within ESIA projects and working internationally, particularly in developing countries. The team are regularly in the office, which is a state of the art building which the company built themselves, and there's a great company culture and plenty of opportunities for social activities outside of work.
As Social Lead, we're looking for candidates with demonstrable knowledge and experience of working on projects under the equator principles, World Bank Environmental and Social Framework and IFC Performance Standards. You'll be leading the direction that social impact management takes within the London office and more widely across the company, for international and UK projects.
