Senior Sustainability Consultant

Allen & York are excited to be working with an innovative, independent engineering and sustainability consultancy, providing specialist advice to help deliver practical, well-engineered sustainable solutions.
Our client is looking for a passionate Senior Sustainability Consultant to provide strategic sustainability support to clients, from project conception to post completion evaluation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for new build and refurbishment projects, whilst providing support to the internal team with technical delivery.
You'll need to hold a relevant science, environmental, engineering, architecture or energy degree with comprehensive experience of working at a senior level. A certified WELL assessor, you'll be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivering environmental, and health & wellbeing certification for buildings (BREEAM, LEED, WELL etc.). You'll have a good understanding of energy and sustainability policy, particularly in London, together with project experience of developing sustainability strategies. An excellent communicator, you'll be skilled in preparing and presenting proposal documents and building strong client relationships.
Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon building standards including UKGBC, LETI and RIBA, together with a BREEAM Assessor and/or AP qualification would be advantageous to this role.
