What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting SAP, SBEM, and DSM assessments & calculations
- Delivering overheating and daylighting assessments
- Providing technical support and energy reports for planning applications
- Engaging with clients to identify and implement compliance strategies
- Using advanced energy modelling software to support net-zero carbon strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified in SAP / SBEM / DSM assessments
- Experience in energy modelling & compliance frameworks
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with commercial awareness of building regulations
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel when needed
