Commercial Due Diligence Specialist - Clean Energy

In this role, you will take the lead on commercial due diligence assignments, guiding clients through investment decisions in sectors such as EV infrastructure, low-carbon heating, industrial decarbonisation, and flexible energy solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering strategic insights, assessing market opportunities, and ensuring that investments align with emerging trends in the clean energy sector.
Beyond project delivery, you will play a key role in building and developing relationships within the industry. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will help expand the companies presence in the investment advisory space. With a strong commercial mindset, you will identify new business opportunities, manage projects from proposal to completion, and collaborate with subject matter experts to provide high-quality investment advice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial due diligence or strategic consultancy, preferably within the energy sector. A deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business models in clean energy is essential. Strong project management skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes.
