Associate Director- Geo Environmental

Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading global provider of consulting and engineering services.
Our client is looking for a dynamic Associate Director to join the Geo-Environmental & Mining Business Unit. The team provides land quality, ground investigation, geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy services to a broad range of private and public sector clients.
The successful candidate will develop the engineering geology and land quality services across the northwest of England as well as lead and grow the Geo-environmental team in Manchester.
You'll hold a relevant degree and Chartered membership of an appropriate professional body and have extensive experience of geo-environmental, engineering geology and brownfield work. With a detailed understanding of market conditions, opportunities, competition, and client base in the northwest, you'll have demonstrable business development success. An experienced team leader, you'll have robust project management capability and technical innovation experience. An excellent communicator, you'll have strong social and interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with other specialists.
Experience in the renewables and/or nuclear sectors would be advantageous to this role.
