Office Manager
Up to £32k depending on experience, plus benefits
Our client is a leading, global consultancy in the Sustainability sector and their clients include some of the most famous brands including Chanel, Lego, Coca-Cola.
A well established business with an office just off the Strand, they are keen to find a highly organised and friendly Office Manager to work closely with the EA to the Directors and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and a seamless experience for clients and staff alike.
You might be starting out in your career and can display bags of initiative and a genuine can-do attitude; or perhaps you are further along your career journey and are looking to use your Admin and support skills in a high performing and ambitious environment. We don’t mind; we just need someone with great communication skills, well presented and with enthusiasm, commitment and a good work ethic.
Day to day, the tasks will include:
Managing office supplies – stationery, sundries, food & drink
Setting up meeting rooms and acting as client host
Supporting the Directors’ EA with HR or financial admin tasks
Liaising with team members on travel requirements and expenses
Coordinating and booking social activities for the team
Supporting on all areas of office management to ensure a high quality and cared for environment
What we are looking for in you:
Experience in a similar, fast paced environment
High standards of presentation with regards to client interaction and hospitality
Being one step ahead and on the lookout for what’s needed to run the office smoothly
Very good organisational and prioritising skills
Excellent spoken and written communication
A willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuff done
This is a hybrid role and we need someone 4 days in the office; our usual wfh day is a Friday.
